Alan Parker of The Flagship Restaurant on Constitution Avenue is an amazing corporate neighbor. He runs a quality establishment with terrific food. He's been a great friend to the Civic League, allowing us to meet at the restaurant on a day it is actually closed. We haven't always had such support there and are thankful every day for his presence vs. the former owners/management.
