As Joyce says, "One zooms in and out of the map using a mouse wheel or the zoom scale on the map. You can pan the map by clicking and holding on a clear area of the map and drag the mouse or the pan buttons located above the zoom scale. The date range can be set in the boxes located directly beneath the map. Pin-head details are obtained by clicking on the pinhead. Data is obtained from CADMine updated from the CAD system approximately every 15 minutes."
